The interior of the hotel is decorated lavishly in a traditional style, creating an air of vibrancy and luxury for guests to enjoy.
The chefs work from a spacious and modern kitchen and cater for up to 300 guests for events and up to 60 in the restaurant.
They are looking for a Sous Chef to join the talented brigade and support the Head Chef.
As Sous Chef you will:
- Be innovative and committed with a passion for excellent food, ingredients and service
- Be required to maintain high quality and consistency with a professional “can do” attitude
- Have a background working within high level establishments
- Be looking to work within a kitchen where the highest level of food is produced
- Be managing and running the kitchen alongside the Head Chef
