A Restaurant Manager / Food and Beverage Manager is required for this charming Georgian style hotel located in the centre of a beautiful town on the Pembrokeshire coastline.
They are looking for a Restaurant Manager / Food and Beverage Manager with a high level background who will be excited by the opportunity to work within a restaurant which has such fabulous local produce right on their doorstep in order to create a sustainable menu offering delicious dishes with sumptuous flavours from championed foraged ingredients.
The restaurant seats around 50 covers per service and has a rustic and cosy style with open fires and natural stone. It has a relaxed feel where diners can enjoy the atmosphere of a warm and friendly, professional, informal service and be able to enjoy the food and drinks and ambience on offer. The hotel also caters for intimate weddings and private dining.
As Restaurant Manager / Food and Beverage Manager you will:
Be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant along with other areas of the hotel
Be managing and motivating a professional team, ensuring that ongoing training and development is offered to all members of the team
Have solid man management skills along with a stable background
Have the passion and ability to maintain an exceptional standard of service
