JUNIOR SOUS / SOUS CHEF – CHESTER – QUIRKY BAR AND RESTAURANT – 9PM FINISH
A Junior Sous /Sous Chef is required for this quirky bar and restaurant in the lively city centre of Chester.
This establishment is extremely popular throughout the week and weekend and is extremely well-known for its exceptional selection of beverages including craft ales and lagers. They offer a casual dining option with classic British and American style dishes available from a varied menu which range from burgers, wraps, fish and chips and salads.
The food offering ends at 8pm, meaning you will finish your shift by 9pm.
As Junior Sous/Sous Chef you will:
- Assist in the daily running of the kitchen
- Run the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence
- Supervise staff
- Ensure all areas of the kitchen are running smoothly
