A Head Chef is required for this award-winning fine dining restaurant located on the beautiful Isle of Skye.
This role requires candidates to have a valid UK work visa or settled status – no sponsorship is provided.
Surrounded by the jaw-dropping, rugged beauty that the Scottish isle is renowned for, this restaurant is a remarkable place to work, and the role offers live in accommodation with the role.
The restaurant provides an array of menus including seasonal a la carte menus alongside specials celebrating seasonal ingredients sourced from the amazing suppliers on the island.
Due to the rural setting of the restaurant, candidates are required to drive.

They are looking for a Head Chef with some experience of volume, as they do cater for events for up to 100, and ideally a minimum 1AA Rosette background.

As Head Chef you will:
- Have a background within fresh food kitchens
- Be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a professional kitchen and will have a background in running high-level establishments
- Be managing and motivating your team
- Ensure that ongoing training and development is offered
- Provide solid man management and kitchen management
- Have the passion and ability to maintain a high standard
