This stunning property is set within acres of beautiful countryside providing amazing views and is home to a 2AA Rosettes restaurant.
You must have Junior Sous Chef experience within a 2AA Rosettes standard environment, and without this experience we unfortunately can’t consider your application.
The Head Chef has an excellent, award-winning background and is passionate about the use of excellent, local produce in the creation of modern British dishes.

- Be effectively managing and running the kitchen alongside the current Head Chef, whilst also ensuring that the kitchen meets all food safety laws
