The kitchen is brand new, so all equipment is of the highest spec and you will also have access to the kitchen garden, meaning you will be working with exceptional, fresh and seasonal produce.
The restaurant can serve up to 40 covers within the fine dining restaurant with sumptuous a la carte and tasting menus focusing on local high-end produce.
As Pastry Chef de Partie you will:
- Already be a proven Pastry Chef de Partie with good experience of working within high quality kitchens
- Need to have a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be responsible for producing high quality desserts, breads, petit fours and all other manner of pastries
- Be looking to join a friendly kitchen brigade where you will continue to learn
