The restaurant can serve up to 60 covers within the fine dining restaurant with sumptuous a la carte and tasting menus focusing on local high-end produce.
As Pastry Chef de Partie you will:
- Have good experience creating all manner of desserts from fresh; including ice cream, sorbets, cakes and pastries
- Be able to think on your feet in a busy kitchen
- Have a high level background and be looking to join a kitchen where you will be responsible for running the pastry section.
