As Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
You’ll lead and inspire the team, ensuring seamless service across the restaurant, while supporting the management team in day-to-day operations.
They are looking for someone with previous supervisory experience within a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant, who is confident has a professional manner and an eye for detail.
As Restaurant Supervisor you will:
- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure flawless service.
- Support and motivate the front-of-house team during service.
- Maintain the highest standards of guest care, presentation, and attention to detail.
- Assist with training, rotas, and opening and closing procedures.
- Liaise closely with the kitchen and management teams to ensure a smooth flow of service.
