They are looking for a Pastry Sous Chef to join the talented and friendly kitchen team. The role would also suit a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef looking for a step up into a more senior role.
As Pastry Sous Chef you will:
- Assist in the running of the pastry kitchen within this excellent establishment
- Produce all manner of pastries and desserts and have an elegant and clean style to produce intricate and exquisite desserts
- Manage a team of Pastry Chefs
- Be responsible for ensuring standards are maintained whilst training and motivating junior members of the team
