The kitchen is well organised and professionally run, with a Head Chef who values consistency, teamwork and attention to detail.
This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in maintaining standards during a high-volume summer season.
As Junior Sous Chef you will:
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Help lead and motivate the brigade during busy service periods
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and cleanliness
- Assist with ordering, stock control and kitchen organisation
- Train and support junior members of the team
- Ensure consistency across all sections and step up in the absence of senior chefs
This role would suit a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up, or an existing Junior Sous looking for an exciting seasonal challenge in a truly special location.
