Junior Sous Chef – 3AA Rosettes – North Wales 1142 views

A Junior Sous Chef is required for this charming luxury hotel situated within a beautiful area of North Wales.

The historic hotel has an award-winning 3AA Rosettes restaurant.

The hotel is beautifully traditional in design, and from the moment you step inside just oozes class and luxury.

The dining room is similarly laid out, providing stunning views across the hotel’s own grounds and gardens.

They serve a seasonally influenced menu featuring Modern British and decadent twists put together using locally sourced British ingredients from excellent suppliers.

They also have a walled kitchen garden and so a lot of their ingredients are the freshest they could be.

The kitchen is headed up by a well-renowned chef and manned by an extremely dedicated and talented brigade.

They are looking for a talented and passionate Junior Sous Chef to join the team.

As Junior Sous Chef you will:

  • Ideally already have good experience in a high-quality kitchen
  • Be flexible to work on all sections as required and have the ability to train junior chefs on each section
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef and deputise for senior Chefs when required
  • Have good kitchen management skills and be committed to providing a high level of cuisine and service at all times
