The hotel is looking for a Head Waiter or Waitress / Restaurant Supervisor with a background in high level establishments and someone who is talented, creative and has a real passion for food.
The hotel has a 50 Cover 2AA Rosette fine dining restaurant, outside terrace, banqueting for up to 150 plus
private dining.
The menu is modern British in design and is put together using fresh local produce reflecting regional flavours that each season produces.
As Head Waiter or Waitress you will:
- Have a friendly yet professional persona
- Be a strong team player
- Be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through the front of house team
- Report to the Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Be fully responsible for assisting them in the smooth running of the restaurant, staff management and training along with ordering and stock control.
