They are looking for a Head Chef with a fresh food background and someone who has the ability to produce high level cuisine for covers up to 130.
The restaurant is cosy and welcoming and the seasonal menu is traditional British with a slight modern twist and there are also specials which are changed daily.
The kitchen is brand new with all the latest equipment and there is a brigade of 8 Chefs.
The Inn has an excellent reputation and needs a talented Head Chef in the kitchen to help in ensuring the high expectations are met.
As Head Chef you will:
