An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commis Chef / Demi Chef de Partie to join this luxury hotel on the west coast that is set to open a brand new restaurant.

Located in a beautiful area of Scotland, the restaurant already has a Head Chef on board whose has extensive experience in Michelin Star kitchens, so you will be working in a dynamic environment and able to learn from the best.

The kitchen is brand new, so all equipment is of the highest spec and you will also have access to the kitchen garden, meaning you will be working with exceptional, fresh and seasonal produce.

The restaurant can serve up to 40 covers within the fine dining restaurant with sumptuous a la carte and tasting menus focusing on local high-end produce.

As Commis Chef / Demi Chef de Partie you will:

  • Have experience of working within a professional kitchen
  • Have a genuine passion for food
  • Be wanting to move to the best kitchen in order to learn and develop and increase your knowledge to make you into the best chef you can be
