As Chef de Partie, you will run your own section within a busy and well-organised kitchen, working closely with the senior team to maintain high standards across all services.
This is a fantastic role for a chef who enjoys working with quality ingredients in a fast-paced but supportive environment.
Duties:
- Run your own section during prep and service
- Maintain consistency and presentation standards
- Work with fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Support junior chefs within the brigade
- Maintain excellent hygiene and kitchen organisation
