The kitchen focuses on modern British cuisine, showcasing the finest seasonal ingredients and maintaining the standards expected of a highly regarded Rosette-awarded restaurant.
This role would suit a passionate Chef de Partie looking to continue developing their career within a quality-driven kitchen, or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to take the next step.
As Chef de Partie you will:
- Take responsibility for your own section during preparation and service
- Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard
- Work with fresh, seasonal ingredients throughout the year
- Support the senior chefs in delivering exceptional food quality
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and organisational standards
- Assist with training junior members of the brigade where required
- Ensure consistency, attention to detail, and professionalism throughout service
The ideal candidate will have experience within a fresh food kitchen and possess a genuine passion for cooking and hospitality.
Due to the location of the property, candidates should ideally have their own transport as public transport links can be limited.
