Chef de Partie – 3AA Rosettes – North Wales

A Chef de Partie is required for this charming luxury hotel situated within a beautiful area of North Wales.

The historic hotel has an award-winning 3AA Rosettes restaurant.

The hotel is beautifully traditional in design, and from the moment you step inside just oozes class and luxury.

The dining room is similarly laid out, providing stunning views across the hotel’s own grounds and gardens.

They serve a seasonally influenced menu featuring Modern British and decadent twists put together using locally sourced British ingredients from excellent suppliers.

They also have a walled kitchen garden and so a lot of their ingredients are the freshest they could be.

The kitchen is headed up by a well-renowned chef and manned by an extremely dedicated and talented brigade; this provides the best platform for the right candidate to really come into their own.

They are looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join the team.

As Chef de Partie you will:

  • Be expected to work on all sections of the kitchen and you should have a great attitude and willingness to learn new skills
  • Have solid experience of working in a high-quality kitchen
  • Be experienced in running your own section
  • Have the drive and determination to help ensure consistency is maintained throughout
