They are looking for someone with Assistant Manager experience within the food and beverage department of a similar standard luxury property.

As Assistant Food and Beverage Manager you will:

• Be uncompromising where standards are concerned and you will be responsible for assisting in the day to day running of the department
• Ensure the highest standards are maintained throughout the hotel with a focus on attention to detail
• Ensure that expectations of guests are exceeded through staff training
• Be responsible for assisting in the day to day management of the food and beverage department which will include the daily food and beverage service as well as the regular functions that are held here
