This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join a professional kitchen team within a unique and ambitious dining concept.
The kitchen is modern, well-equipped and run by an experienced senior team who are passionate about maintaining exceptional standards while supporting the development of their brigade.
As Junior Sous Chef you will:
- Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Assist in leading the brigade during service and ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation and organisation
- Assist with ordering, stock control and kitchen management
- Help train and develop junior chefs within the team
- Ensure all food hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained
Due to the location and shift patterns, candidates must have access to their own transport.
