As General Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall performance of the venue, leading from the front and setting the tone for service, standards and culture.
You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, financial performance, team leadership and guest experience, while working closely with senior stakeholders to drive continued success and evolution.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced General Manager from a quality bar, cocktail lounge or members’ club background, with a strong understanding of premium service, people management and commercial performance.
You’ll be confident, charismatic and highly organised, with the ability to balance atmosphere with operational excellence.
As General Manager you will:
- Take full responsibility for the overall performance and day-to-day operation of the venue
- Lead, inspire and develop the management and front-of-house teams
- Deliver a consistently high-end guest experience aligned with the venue’s brand
- Oversee financial performance, including budgets, costs and profitability
- Drive standards of service, presentation and atmosphere across all trading periods
- Manage staffing, rotas and labour in line with business needs
- Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety and company procedures
- Act as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders and partners
