You will be a proven GM experience within luxury hotel operations, have a strong commercial mind confident with strategy, revenue and P&L and be a people-first leader who is visible, positive and culture driven.
As General Manager you will:
- Lead day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experience
- Develop, mentor and support HODs, building a positive team culture
- Full commercial control including budgeting, forecasting and revenue performance
- Maintain and elevate service standards, guest journey and property presentation
- Work with Sales & Marketing to maximise business opportunities and brand presence
- Ensure full compliance across H&S, legal requirements and company policies
