As Operations Manager, you will ensure the smooth running of all departments, maintaining excellent standards of service and presentation throughout.
You will be hands-on, leading by example and working closely with department heads to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
You’ll need previous experience in a similar senior management role within a quality hotel environment with strong leadership and communication skills.
As Operations Manager you will:
- Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments
- Support and motivate the team to achieve service excellence
- Maintain high standards in guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and presentation
- Assist the General Manager in driving revenue and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational policies
