As Food & Beverage Assistant Manager, you will:
- Support the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing all F&B outlets across the hotel.
- Lead, motivate and develop the front of house teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Be hands-on across restaurant service, afternoon teas, and functions.
- Ensure smooth running of daily operations, maintaining high standards of service and presentation.
- Assist in training, rota management, and implementing service standards.
