As Assistant Hotel Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across the hotel.
You’ll lead and support the front-of-house team, ensure a smooth guest journey, and uphold the highest standards of service and hospitality.
They are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role within hotels or restaurants and strong leadership and communication skills.
You will:
- Assist in the management of hotel operations, including reception, restaurant, and housekeeping
- Lead, train, and motivate the team
- Support with recruitment, rotas, and performance management
- Drive exceptional guest satisfaction and handling feedback professionally
- Ensure standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance are met
