They are now seeking a Deputy General Manager to help lead their dynamic front-of-house team and uphold the standards that have earned them such high acclaim.
As Deputy General Manager you will:
- Work closely with the General Manager to oversee the smooth running of daily operations in a busy, award-winning restaurant
- Be leading, mentoring, and inspiring a passionate team, ensuring service excellence at all times
- Deliver the highest levels of guest experience, creating lasting impressions in line with the restaurant’s prestigious reputation.
- Be driving performance, maintaining standards, and contributing to the continued success of this landmark venue
- Have experience as a manager in fine dining or luxury hospitality
