You’ll be leading the pastry section day-to-day, producing stunning plated desserts and baked goods that match the style and soul of the kitchen.

As Pastry Chef you will:
- Be working on the Pastry section of the kitchen preparing all manner of pastries, desserts, breads and ice creams
- Be passionate, talented and hardworking and have the drive and determination to work hard to help this kitchen maintain the highest standards
- Provide support across other areas of the kitchen as required
- Have a background within fresh food establishments
