A Head Chef is required for this quaint country inn, set in a stunning part of Warwickshire.
This role requires candidates to have a valid UK work visa or settled status – no sponsorship is provided.
The inn, including the kitchen, has recently been renovated to an excellent standard while maintaining the charm and history of the property.
You must have worked as a Head Chef in a similar standard establishment and unfortunately without this experience your application unfortunately can’t be considered.

They are looking for a Head Chef who shares their vision of putting together simple and classic British dishes done exceptionally, while focusing on the finest local and seasonal ingredients.
Their menus will be changing regularly, so it is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and talented Head Chef to put to task their knowledge and ability of seasonal produce to create mouth-watering menus.
They will be pushing for AA Rosettes, so are looking for a stable Head Chef who has led a kitchen to a minimum 1AA Rosette standard.
As Head Chef you will:
- Be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and you will be managing and motivating a professional brigade, ensuring that ongoing training and development is offered to all members of the team
- Have solid man management and kitchen management skills along with a stable background
- Be a creative and talented Chef with exceptionally high standards who can lead their team by example and inspire them
- Have the passion and ability to maintain an exceptional standard of cuisine and the right candidate will ideally be experienced in good fresh food kitchens
