A Pastry Chef de Partie is required for this beautiful, award-winning, fine dining restaurant situated within the beautiful and historic city of Bath.

You must have experience within an a la carte or Rosette kitchen in order to be considered for this role, due to the skill level required.

- Be expected to work on all sections of the kitchen and you should have a great attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Have solid experience of working in a high-quality kitchen
- Be experienced in running your own section
- Have the drive and determination to help ensure consistency is maintained throughout
