A Commis Chef / Demi Chef de Partie is required for this gorgeous luxury hotel set in a stunning location in the Worcestershire countryside.

The fine dining restaurant offers seasonal a la carte menus focusing on only the best ingredients available in the region.
You must have worked as a Commis Chef / Demi Chef de Partie in a similar standard establishment, and without this experience your application unfortunately can’t be considered.
You will be working from a brand new, state of the art kitchen, and will be able to enjoy excellent facilities as you continue your career.

They are looking for a passionate and talented Commis Chef / Demi Chef de Partie who is looking to continue their career and development in a high-level kitchen.
As Commis Chef / Demi Chef de Partie you will:
- Be looking to move into a kitchen where you can learn all about flavours and textures and you will be taught all the modern techniques in order to produce cuisine of this standard
- Have your NVQ’s in catering or at least 1 Year experience of working within a professional kitchen
- Have a genuine passion for food
- Want to move to the best kitchen in order to learn and develop and increase your knowledge to make you into the best chef you can be
This role will suit both a Commis Chef or a Demi Chef de Partie.
