As Executive Housekeeper, you will:
- Create and promote a culture of training and learning so that your staff consistently meet company standards
- Monitor performance standards to ensure consistently outstanding experience for guests
- Be responsible for proactive cleaning management to ensure high standards throughout
- Oversee implementation and management of stock control processes and procedures to ensure budgets are not exceeded
- Identify, implement and monitor new standards to enable service excellence
- Ensure all team members are able to consistently deliver excellent service
- Carry out checks on rooms and supervise the Housekeeping team
- Have effective communication within department and deal with any issues in a professional manner
