The Head Chef leads the brigade with a calm, supportive and professional approach, fostering an environment where chefs are encouraged to grow, contribute ideas and take pride in their work.
They are now looking for a Sous Chef who can be a strong presence in the kitchen and play a key role in the day-to-day running of the operation.
As Sous Chef you will:
- Come from a strong fresh food background, ideally within quality-led kitchens
- Support the Head Chef in the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen
- Help train, develop and motivate junior members of the brigade
- Maintain high standards of consistency, presentation and flavour
- Bring passion, creativity and a positive, hands-on attitude to every service
