They are currently looking for a Pastry Commis Chef or Pastry Chef de Partie who passionate about cooking and wants to progress within a high-level kitchen.
As Pastry Commis Chef or Pastry Chef de Partie you will:
- Have the drive and determination to develop your skills within a talented brigade
- Produce a whole array of desserts and pastries including petit fours, brulees, sorbets, several types of breads and homemade ice creams
- Assist the Pastry Chefs with producing all manner of pastries and desserts and have an elegant and clean style to produce intricate and exquisite desserts
- Receive further training to ensure you can produce this level of cuisine
