An Assistant Restaurant Manager / Restaurant Manager is required in a beautiful area of East Midlands.

For this role it is essential that you have a minimum of a 2AA Rosette background and without this experience unfortunately we are unable to consider applications.

• Be a hands-on restaurant manager, committed to providing an excellent level of customer service
• Be responsible for ensuring a smooth-running operation and leading your team by example at all times
