An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented Head Chef to join this brilliant upmarket restaurant in Greater Manchester.
This independently owned site uses locally sourced and fresh produce, and everything is created from scratch in their modern kitchen.

The restaurant serves 50 covers per service and the a la carte menu presents a mouth-watering array of authentic modern European and British dishes.
They are looking for a Head Chef who has experience of leading a team in a fresh food and environment; the role could also suit a strong Sous Chef with a similar background.
As Head Chef you will:
  • Be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen
  • Be managing and motivating a professional brigade, ensuring that ongoing training and development is offered to all members of the team
  • Have solid man management and kitchen management skills
  • Be a creative and talented Chef with exceptionally high standards who can lead their team by example and inspire them
  • Have the passion and ability to maintain an exceptional standard of cuisine
