We’re working with a well-loved restaurant in Manchester looking for a new Head Chef to take the reins in their kitchen.

As Head Chef, you’ll be in charge of running the kitchen day-to-day: leading the team, keeping standards high, and making sure service runs smoothly.You’ll also have the chance to shape the menu, put your stamp on the food, and make the most of seasonal produce.

The role would suit a talented existing Head Chef and could also suit an experience Sous Chef, looking to take the next step up in their career.

As Head Chef you will:

• Be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a professional kitchen
• Manage and motivate your team
• Ensure that ongoing training and development is offered
• Possess solid man management and kitchen management
• Be a creative and talented chef with exceptionally high standards who can lead their team by example and inspire them
• Have the passion and ability to maintain an exceptional standard of cuisine and the right candidate will be experienced in good fresh food
