The pub is cosy and rustic, with exposed wooden beams and open fireplaces to create a warm and homely atmosphere.

The kitchen is modern and excellently equipped and the Head Chef, who you will work with closely, leads his team in a calm and collected manner.
They are looking for someone with a passion for their craft who is looking to push themselves and develop their skills and career in a high level environment.
As Chef de Partie you will:
- Be expected to work on all sections of the kitchen and you should have a great attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Have solid experience of working in a high-quality kitchen
- Be experienced in running your own section
- Have the drive and determination to help ensure consistency is maintained throughout
