They are looking for somebody to take ownership of the restaurant to attract none hotel guests to the restaurant so it’s a lovely role for somebody who wants a challenge and to put their stamp on somewhere.
For this role it is essential that you have a Restaurant Management background within a high level restaurant or hotel.

- Be responsible for ensuring a smooth-running operation and leading your team by example at all times
