As Sommelier you will:
- Be a passionate wine professional and your role will involve providing a courteous and efficient service to all guests and maintaining the levels of service to the highest standards
- Be responsible for helping and developing the wine service in the whole restaurant
- Be offering a full wine service to guests and therefore you will have a thorough knowledge of all menu and wine list offerings and have the ability to advise each guest on certain wines and offer food and wine combinations
- Supervise a team of more junior sommeliers
