A Sommelier is required in a beautiful part of Wiltshire for this stunning country house hotel.

For this role it is essential that you have experience of working as a Sommelier within a top hotel or restaurant.

As Sommelier you will:

• Be a passionate wine professional and your role will involve providing a courteous and efficient service to all guests and maintaining the levels of service to the highest standards
• Be responsible for helping and developing the wine service in the whole restaurant
• Be offering a full wine service to guests and therefore you will have a thorough knowledge of all menu and wine list offerings and have the ability to advise each guest on certain wines and offer food and wine combinations
• Supervise a team of more junior sommeliers
