They have a 3AA Rosettes fine dining restaurant serving a la carte and tasting menus and are looking for a passionate Commis Chef to join the talented brigade.
They serve a seasonally influenced menu with decadent twists put together using locally sourced British ingredients from excellent suppliers.
The renowned Head Chef leads and nurtures their team in a calm manner, meaning you will be able to develop and progress in a fantastic environment while learning from the best.
As Commis Chef you will:
- Have your NVQs or have at least 12 months’ experience in a high standard professional kitchen
- Be expected to work on different sections supporting senior chefs and you should have a great attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Be given further and ongoing training to develop your skills as a chef and help you become the best chef you can be
