As Chef de Partie you will:
- Take responsibility for a designated section and ensuring smooth service
- Prepare fresh ingredients and contribute to daily mise en place
- Work closely with senior chefs to maintain high standards
- Support junior team members and encouraging best practices
- Be a team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Have previous experience as a Chef de Partie or be a strong Commis Chef ready to step up
- Be calm under pressure and confident in a fast-paced kitchen
