A Commis Chef / Demi Chef de Partie is required in Cumbria for this fantastic fine dining Michelin Star restaurant that offers delectable seasonal tasting menus.

All their produce is sourced locally from the excellent larder available on the doorstep, and only the finest ingredients are used.
The recently renovated kitchen is of the highest spec, meaning you will be working in an exceptional environment within a talented brigade.

The Head Chef has a fantastic reputation and is looking for a Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie to join the team and help them maintain the highest of standards.
As well as an excellent opportunity to learn and develop, the contracted hours are 40 meaning you will be able to maintain a healthy work life balance and any overtime worked is paid.
As Commis Chef / Demi Chef de Partie you will:
- Be looking to move into a kitchen where you can learn all about flavours and textures and you will be taught all the modern techniques in order to produce cuisine of this standard
- Have your NVQ’s in catering or at least 1 Year experience of working within a professional kitchen
- Have a genuine passion for food
- Want to move to the best kitchen in order to learn and develop and increase your knowledge to make you into the best chef you can be
