As a Bar Supervisor you will:
- Supervise the bar within this award-winning establishment where you will be offering a first-class service
- Possess strong cocktail and beverage knowledge
- Ensure each customer is offered the highest level of customer service
- Carry out stock takes and orders, line cleans and be able to manage the cellar
- Maintain a pristine working environment
- Be innovative, approachable and have the ability to quickly build a strong rapport with guests and customers
- Be organised, hardworking and have an excellent appearance with a strong focus on guest requirements
