A Chef de Partie is required for this quaint country pub situated within a charming town in the beautiful county of Suffolk.

The gastro pub has been awarded1AA Rosette and is traditionally designed with cosy soft furnishings and roaring fires which creates a relaxed and friendly atmosphere for all guests.
You must have worked as a Chef de Partie within a fresh food kitchen, and without this experience your application unfortunately can’t be considered.

The kitchen is expertly run by a talented Head Chef, who nurtures his brigade and handles his kitchen in a calm and professional manner.
All of their produce is sourced locally from excellent suppliers, and you will be in the perfect environment to hone your skills.
As Chef de Partie you will:
- Be expected to work on all sections of the kitchen and you should have a great attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Have solid experience of working in a high-quality kitchen
- Be experienced in running your own section
- Have the drive and determination to help ensure consistency is maintained throughout
