As Demi Chef de Partie / Chef de Partie, you’ll work closely with an experienced brigade to maintain the consistently high standards for which the property is known.
You’ll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, refine your skills, and play a key role in the smooth running of your section.
The renowned Head Chef has a Michelin Star background and is looking to push this kitchen on to even greater things.

As Demi Chef de Partie / Chef de Partie you will:
- Be expected to work on all sections of the kitchen and you should have a great attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Have solid experience of working in a high-quality kitchen
- Be experienced in running your own section
- Have the drive and determination to help ensure consistency is maintained throughout
