We’re recruiting a Waiter / Waitress to join the restaurant team at an exceptional 5 Star country house hotel in Wiltshire, offering a fantastic opportunity to work across its beautiful Michelin Starred restaurant.

As Waiter / Waitress, you’ll play an important part in delivering a memorable dining experience, providing warm, knowledgeable and attentive service while ensuring guests feel looked after throughout their visit.
You’ll work alongside an experienced front-of-house team, developing your knowledge of the menus, food and beverages while maintaining the high standards expected within a luxury 5 Star hotel.
As Waiter / Waitress you will:
- Deliver friendly, polished and attentive service to guests
- Work across the Walled Garden Restaurant and Michelin-starred Restaurant Hywel Jones
- Develop excellent knowledge of menus, ingredients and beverages
- Ensure tables and restaurant areas are presented to an exceptional standard
- Work closely with the kitchen and wider team to ensure smooth service
- Respond professionally to guest requests and enquiries
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and organisation
- Help create a welcoming atmosphere and memorable dining experiences
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a quality restaurant or hotel environment, although we’re equally interested in people with the right attitude, enthusiasm and passion for hospitality.
You’ll be well presented, confident with guests and take pride in delivering great service. A willingness to learn, develop your product knowledge and work as part of a close-knit team is essential.
