This role requires candidates to have a valid UK work visa or settled status – no sponsorship is provided.
The fine dining restaurant offers seasonal a la carte menus focusing on only the best ingredients available in the region.
You must have experience in a similar hotel or restaurant environment and unfortunately without this, your application can’t be considered.
You will be working a beautifully renovated, country house hotel, oozing luxury and set within a stunning location while providing amazing views of the surrounding countryside.

- Help to ensure the restaurant is running to an extremely high standard
- Have a friendly yet professional persona
- Be a strong team player
- Be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through the front of house team
