An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join this luxury hotel with an award winning 3AA Rosette Restaurant as well as a stylish bar and lounge area.
Located in stunning surroundings within West Sussex, this hotel provides facilities for meetings, conferences and other events.
The establishment can serve up to 60 covers within the fine dining restaurant with sumptuous a la carte and tasting menus focusing on local high-end produce.
As Senior Sous Chef you will:
- Assist the Head Chef in the running of the kitchen
- Be responsible for running the kitchen in his absence
- Work on your own section of the kitchen, supporting other members of the kitchen whilst also motivating and training them
- Be hard working and dedicated and have at least 3 years’ experience of working within a professional, high level kitchen
- Talented and have a genuine passion for food
