A Sous Chef is required for this quaint country inn, set in a stunning part of Warwickshire.
This role requires candidates to have a valid UK work visa or settled status – no sponsorship is provided.
The inn, including the kitchen, has recently been renovated to an excellent standard while maintaining the charm and history of the property.
You must have worked as a Sous Chef in a similar standard establishment and unfortunately without this experience your application unfortunately can’t be considered.

They are looking for a Sous Chef who shares their vision of putting together simple and classic British dishes done exceptionally, while focusing on the finest local and seasonal ingredients.
Their menus will be changing regularly, so it is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and talented Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in the creation of mouth-watering menus.
They will be pushing for AA Rosettes, so are looking for a stable Sous Chef who has strong experience in a minimum 1AA Rosette standard kitchen.
As Sous Chef you will:
- Assist in the day to day running of the kitchen
- Be innovative and committed
- Have a passion for excellent food, ingredients and service
- Be required to maintain high quality and consistency with a professional “can do “attitude
- Have a background working within gastronomic establishments and you will be looking to work within a kitchen where the highest level of food is produced
