The hotel boasts more than 100 beautifully designed rooms to cater for the guests’ every need.

They are looking for a Sous Chef with a background in fresh food kitchens to complete their gifted brigade and aid the Head Chef.
As Sous Chef you will:
- Be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen where you will manage and motivate your team
- Ensure ongoing training is offered to all members to guarantee the quality and consistency of the food
- Have solid man management and kitchen management skills in order to run this operation efficiently
- Have experience in high level establishments
- Be a creative and talented chef with exceptionally high standards who can lead their team by example and inspire them
- Have the passion and ability to maintain an exceptional standard of cuisine
